My favorite way to work with people is using an approach called The Presence Process. It’s 12 weeks long, and we spend an hour each week together, either in person or virtually if needed. You set your own goal, and we move together as you uncover/expose a trauma or a difficulty in your early years that is still playing, so to speak, and is keeping you from attaining your goal. The cost is $2,000, paid in advance.

If I have the time, I’m sometimes available for individual counseling on an hourly basis. The cost is $150/hour.

I sometimes work with small groups of women on a virtual basis, for 12 weeks. In this case, each person interacts with Nature in certain ways that open, heal and help the person move forward in different areas. This involves journaling, and sharing experiences with others in the group online, then meeting for an hour each week (facilitated by me) online or in person if possible. The cost is $500, paid in advance.

I also facilitate workshops and retreats for groups, using the nature process and cross-fertilizing toward a particular goal.

These day-long classes help you to access the “life force energy” that is Reiki for you to use in personal healing or healing for others. The added light energy also stays with you for your lifetime. My own teaching is Christ oriented, and offers an additional attunement to help open your Sacred Heart.

There are three levels available:

First attunement: Healing yourself and others, in person. $200.

Second attunement: Healing people and situations at a distance. Adds more power for you to access. $500.

Master attunement: Confers the ability to pass this Reiki on to others.
